The Last Page Cannot Be Printed

Perform the following procedure.

<Cause> The command that notifies of the end of the data is not sent from the computer. (The

Job indicator is on.)

Solution

Press [

] (

Online) to place the printer offline, and then select [Form Feed] in the Reset menu.

"Outputting Data (Forced Output)"

If you print using an application that does not have a printing function, [Form Feed] is performed because the last page in which data is less than one page remains in the memory.
